Welcome. This first post is just an excitement.
I signed up to attend the MAS workshop on EBSD at Carnegie Mellon in June.
I am excited about it.
A hefty portion of my (near-future) research will involve analyzing crystallographic axes of mantle materials to infer dominant slip-systems during deformation.
